Summary

A client in Wake Forest needed more than just a roof update. Alongside a full shingle roof replacement, their project called for remodeling two living rooms to address aging surfaces, insulation, and lighting. This combined effort was crucial to renew both the exterior protection and interior comfort of the home.

The Work

Installed GAF HDZ Architectural Shingle roof with enhanced algae and wind protection
Replaced 7 deteriorated OSB sheets and repaired a rotted rafter
Demolished and rebuilt living room walls and ceilings with new drywall and painting
Added R-15 insulation, crown molding, wiring, and new ceiling fixtures
Protected floors and non-work areas, and handled all debris removal

The Outcome

The home now has a durable roof system and refreshed living spaces. The upgraded insulation and new lighting brought added comfort indoors, while the thorough cleanup left everything tidy and ready for daily life.
